After reading many online blogs, voice teacher pages on Facebook, talking with students in Vocal Pedagogy classes and discussions with other teachers, it seemed essential to me that we need to support one another and learn from each other!

Where?

Independent Voice Teachers Conference will be held at 1301 Weathervane Lane in Akron, Ohio! Located in "The Valley", Akron is 30 miles south of Cleveland with easy access to CAK ~  Akron-Canton Regional Airport and CLE ~ Cleveland International Airport. Akron has much to offer from Stan Hywet (just 2 miles from the conference!), A National Historic Landmark, original home to F.A. Seiberlin,g the founder of Goodyear, to the Cuyahoga Valley National  Park. With a quick highway trip - Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Football Hall of Fame and Playhouse Square, the largest performing arts center in the U.S. outside of NYC, and let's not forget to mention the world renowned Cleveland Orchestra!
